• Negotiate and close business opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
• Prepare and deliver competitive proposals and quotations.
• For Specialist Roles: Lead, train, and mentor junior team members to enhance team performance.
• Work with international clients and global projects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress.
• Connect with potential and existing international clients, especially in USA & UK markets.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present tailored service solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through various outreach channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience: 1 to 6 Years

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, or B2B International Sales (preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office.
• Masters in International Business / MBA
• Target-oriented mindset with strategic thinking.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of pricing, quotations, and negotiation processes.
• B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering / B.E Civil
