Ensuring all supplier information is accurate, consistent and fully compliant.
Tracking renewal deadlines and maintaining an accurate accreditation schedule.
Completing, updating and submitting questionnaires for Constructionline, CHAS, Avetta, SafeContractor, Achilles and other client portals.
Keeping up to date with changing PQS requirements and advising management of any risks or updates.
Producing compliance reports for senior management.
Creating templates and standard documents to support submissions and audits.
Carrying out internal checks to ensure procedures and training remain compliant.
