As a Production Trainer you will deliver new‑employee and refresher training, organise and maintain the training centre, develop weekly and monthly training plans, document presentations and records, and keep competency matrices aligned with skill levels. You will also provide technical hydraulic training, up‑skill staff on tool use, train individuals on crusher setup, assist with interviews, support training audits, and handle ad‑hoc tasks for the Quality manager.
We are looking for candidates with prior manufacturing experience and training background, strong attention to detail, initiative, excellent computer and communication skills, and good teamwork. Knowledge of machines or the industry is advantageous.
