Plan projects and prepare proposals, including technical and cost elements.
Interface with clients to determine needs, provide project status, address issues, and describe results.
Manage PSHA projects, including development of seismic source and ground motion models, PSHA calculations, site response analysis, development of seismic design bases, and development of related products for design and safety analyses.
Represent clients in interactions with regulators.
Provide guidance to and oversee performance of staff.
Collaborate with other RIZZO manager/technical experts to address client needs.
Prepare and review written reports and documentation.

Master’s Degree in an appropriate science or engineering field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work both independently and within technical teams.
Experience in performing seismic hazard analyses following the guidance of the Senior Seismic Hazard Analysis Committee (SSHAC) (i.e., NUREG/CR-6372, NUREG-2213).
Experience with a wide range of seismic hazard and seismic design codes and standards including US NRC, US DOE, IAEA, ASCE, and ANS, and associated guidance documents.
