The Leasing Consultant is the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, responsible for leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations at an assigned property. The role requires daily on‑site attendance, showing units, processing applications, handling resident inquiries and contributing to community events and retention initiatives. Success is measured by meeting leasing goals, maintaining accurate data and delivering exceptional customer service.
Full‑time Leasing Consultants earn $21–$22 per hour and are eligible for commissions, performance bonuses, 401(k) matching and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid sick days and company holidays. The position may involve overtime, weekend or night work to address emergencies, and the job description may be adjusted at the supervisor’s request.
