What you would be doing

  • Assisting with emergency situations such as first aid incidents or evacuations
  • Cleaning of the gym, pool, steam room and changing room area and testing pool chemical balance
  • Collecting rubbish bins and taking them to the collection points
  • Greeting residents, guests and customers
  • Walking, patrolling, and providing security / fire checks around the village
  • Tidying public areas and ensuring the village remains clean and tidy
  • Ensuring the safety of the building and its occupants.
  • Being the first point of contact in an emergency
  • Answering questions and providing information about the village centre and its facilities
