Hire, train, and mentor entry level and junior level structural engineers
Serve as Project/Program Manager on a variety of structure related projects
Provide bridge inspection for clients as needed
Provide structural expertise on all project aspects associated with conceptual engineering, detailed engineering designs, and preparation of contract documents for construction followed by construction administration with respect to the structural aspects of the project
Assist in leading our structural design and engineering group throughout Virginia with development and delivery of structural assignments
Produce construction documents, specifications, and construction cost estimates is a plus
Assist with Business Development, Marketing and Team to secure future clients and workload
Provide engineering judgment and initiative within the Structural Engineering field
Serve as liaison between client and firm
Facilitate internal and client meetings, presentations and approval of plans

QA/QC for completeness and accuracy of design work
Excellent communication skills including proposal development
Master's degree in Structural Engineering
