Develop cost estimates for commissioning activities in conjunction with the sales team
Manage creation of sign off acceptance documentation, liaise with project teams to ensure all drawings are updated post-handover.
Advise and consult with the project/service team in their commissioning responsibilities
Execute and supervise all activities in relation to commissioning activities
Manage resolution of issues in conjunction with project teams.
Actively manage day to day operational aspects of project commissioning and operational responsibility.
Produce risk assessments and method statements covering all tasks required for the respective commissioning activities.
Participate actively, be accountable and responsible in the management of site operations
Provide technical support / estimation to the sales team
Oversee purchasing and procurement of any necessary equipment required during commissioning
Provide technical support to service team around instrumentation and PLC / control systems
Coordinate between intercompany and sub-contracted personnel related to commissioning scope
Contribute proactively during proposals, engineering design and construction phases.
Manage planning strategies to achieve project completion and liaise across business units to utilise the correct resources
Assist with company FAT's
Promote project and client quality safety and environmental standards throughout projects to ensure zero harm to personnel, plant, equipment and the environment.
Manage and encourage all personnel to champion company and completion objectives of the project.
Advise and consult with clients on commissioning goals and objectives

Experience of programming PLC and HMI control systems.
A full understanding of Hydraulic control systems.
Experience of working in Atex Hazardous environments.
Experience of working with accuload, multi-load and Contrec load computers
Experience of producing SAT and RAMS documentation.
Ability to read and understand PID drawing.
Full Driving license.
Experience of fault finding in high pressure environments.
A full understanding of Electrical control Systems.
