The Assistant Manager/Manager, Pricing reports to the Director of Pricing for Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) and is based in Quezon City, Philippines, or Pune, India within the Insights & Analytics department. The role is responsible for managing the AMEA price plan and gain/loss forecasts, driving profitable growth by collaborating with regional leaders, and ensuring smooth, compliant price‑adjustment approvals.
Key duties include developing and executing the AMEA pricing strategy, leading initiatives such as long‑tail, list‑less and freight pricing, and working cross‑functionally with product marketing, sales and finance to close gaps and optimize pricing. The incumbent also oversees pricing data quality, KPI dashboards, rebate analysis, and prepares executive reports to support strategic decisions.
- Manage the AMEA price gain/loss plan and execute pricing strategy with the Pricing Director.
- Lead pricing initiatives such as long‑tail, list‑less, freight, MNC and Power/Risk pricing frameworks.
- Collaborate with product marketing, life‑cycle management, regional sales and finance to assess and optimize pricing strategies.
- Support negotiations and analysis for long‑term contracts.
- Deploy and promote tools that ensure pricing data accuracy, decision quality and operational efficiency.
- Drive improvements in pricing processes, policies, deal management and approval workflows.
- Monitor and report price realization versus budget across markets, segments, customers and models.
- Maintain pricing KPI dashboards, rebate analysis and provide timely executive updates.
- Prepare executive presentations for key management planning meetings.
- Support sales staff with pricing materials, conduct training and mentor analysts.
- Coach and onboard new analysts in pricing functions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or Finance.
- MBA or advanced degree in business, analytics, or finance (advantageous).
- Pricing qualification or certification (e.g., Certified Pricing Professional) is a plus.
- 5+ years experience in B2B pricing strategy and analytics.
- Strong process‑management experience in a multinational environment.
- Experience working cross‑functionally in a matrix organization at all levels.
- Expert‑level Excel data analysis skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros and Power Query.
- Skills in data storytelling and root‑cause/gap analysis.
- Experience creating and maintaining data‑management and visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, Domo or similar).
- Above‑average oral and written communication skills.
