Brand Ambassador (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Description

In this role you will engage customers directly in big‑box retail locations and events, promoting our renovation services and arranging free in‑home consultations. You will work both independently and with a high‑performing team to meet daily and weekly goals while delivering a professional brand experience.

• Promote products and generate interest through face‑to‑face interactions in retail stores and events
• Represent the brand confidently and professionally
• Initiate conversations and arrange free in‑home renovation consultations
• Set appointments and assist customers in a clear, friendly manner
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team to achieve daily and weekly goals

Requirements

• Experience in face‑to‑face marketing, brand ambassadorship, appointment setting, or lead generation (preferred)
• Background in customer service, either in‑person or call‑center
• Retail experience such as sales associate, cashier, team lead, or merchandiser
• Restaurant experience including server, bartender, or host
• Hospitality roles like hotel front desk, concierge, or event staff
• Fast‑food or quick‑service experience such as cashier, shift lead, or drive‑through
• Ability to work independently with a drive for excellence
• Retail and customer service experience highly valued
• Criminal background checks required

Benefits

Brand Ambassadors at Statewide Remodeling earn a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, with top performers exceeding $80,000. Positions are available full‑time or part‑time on a W‑2 basis.
