Office Clerk Scalehouse, PTO, Benefits Effective Day 1

Description

The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers depositing waste at a WM facility, handling payments and ensuring safe operations.

• Greet customers, direct traffic, and answer questions accurately.
• Calculate customer payments and verify load safety, ensuring no prohibited materials.
• Enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) usage for customers and employees.
• Perform general upkeep of the Scale House and complete administrative tasks, including filing and reporting.
• Keep supervisor informed of problems and attend company‑sponsored training and meetings.
• Work overtime as needed and perform additional duties such as data entry and minor customer service tasks.

Requirements

• Required qualification: High School Diploma or GED.

Benefits

$18 per hour; shifts Monday‑Friday varying 4 a.m.–5 p.m.; Saturdays 4 a.m.–1 p.m.
