Perform calibration and check-out of control systems, and ensure that systems are programmed and commissioned, as specified, and that installed equipment is controlled per the manufacturers recommendations and LONG standards.
Develop and maintain procedures for the acceptance of completed work (i.e. checkout sheets completed and submitted, and checkout procedures followed).

Direct engineering, preparation of submittals and installation drawings, selection, ordering and scheduling of materials, plus providing installations at the jobsite within the estimated costs indicated on the sales estimate.
Informs customer of LONG service agreement availability while performing start-up, commissioning, and owner training tasks
Provide information to update drawings and keep records of equipment for as-built documentation (submit all redlined drafting to application engineers).
Assist the graphics coordinator and/or provide the labor and expertise for the preparation and delivery of graphical user interfaces when required for projects in accordance with LONG standards and contract documents.
Act as a technical resource to customers and field employees.
Complete assigned projects according to proposal, drawings, and specifications, cost estimates, customer expectations, and timeframes by effectively managing and executing contractual obligations in concert with LONG project management procedures.

Possess good organizational and planning skills
4 years temperature control system start-up, checkout, and service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Possess good leadership, managerial, communication (written and verbal), and computer skills
Extensive knowledge of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, control systems, building automation, electrical systems, energy management and smoke removal systems.
Available and able to coordinate warranty, after hour, emergency, and maintenance service on installed systems
Certification in project management is a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
Able to perform a complete installation of the control system, and knowledge of construction procedures and Co State electrical requirements.
Ability to prioritize workflow and self-direct daily schedule and tasks
This position may include sitting for extended periods, lifting, bending, and kneeling.
