  • Maintain an accurate forward forecast of demand across the organisation
  • Maximise team potential and ensure every resource is in the right place at the right time
  • Assess, communicate and manage risks to resourcing across the portfolio of projects
  • Provide management information to inform key stakeholders on the status of planned activities, overall portfolio health, and to support decision making across the business
  • Uses multi- channel communication to ensure clarity and connection on activities
  • Allocate the most appropriate and available people to projects based on the schedule of activities and role requirements built into bids and proposals

  • Broker discussions across the organisation to resolve conflicting demands, taking account of project critical paths and priorities
  • Transform data into insight and continuously push our capabilities further
  • Work with the operations teams, heads of profession and line managers to ensure resourcing meets CPC wide needs
  • Ensure an ethos of equity, inclusivity and diversity underpin your work activity, contribute to inclusive innovation across all Catapult activities
  • Identify solutions beyond the tried and tested methods
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines
  • Track resource utilisation and resource availability, engaging with project managers and delivery teams to minimise project slippage
  • Identify new methodologies or approaches
  • Identify resourcing dependencies across projects, highlighting areas of concern
  • Embed inclusive and sustainability practices in planning and delivery
  • Planning and allocating resources where the skill set is diverse
  • Have a clear understanding of all live and pipeline projects with regards to resourcing requirements
