Collaborate with day shift HSE team to maintain continuity in safety practices
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards

Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, implementing corrective actions
Monitor and evaluate environmental impact of construction activities
Develop and maintain HSE documentation, including incident reports and safety plans
Oversee and implement HSE policies and procedures during night shift construction activities
Prepare and present HSE performance reports to management
Provide HSE training and guidance to night shift workers and contractors

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly in Saudi Arabia
