As part of the programme, you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK 🚗✈️, and we’ll provide relocation support where needed.
We’re looking for graduates with a degree in Project Management, Business, Science, or Engineering who are ready to take their first step into a career delivering complex and meaningful projects 💡.
To join our Graduate Scheme, you must be a UK sole national and a UK resident, as this is required for the type of work we do. You’ll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance 🛡️, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance.
With strong communication 🗣️ and organisational skills 📅, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building relationships, and keeping teams aligned. A keen eye for detail 👀 and a proactive mindset 💪 will help you spot challenges early and find practical solutions.

Over the two-year self-directed programme, you’ll gain a unique insight into the nuclear industry ⚛️. This starts with broad exposure across teams and customers and evolves into discipline-focused work that aligns with your career ambitions 🎓. Within our programme, there will be opportunities to rotate through different teams and projects to help grow your knowledge, skills and behaviours 🚀.
Successful applicants will then be invited to attend an in-person assessment centre 🏢 at one of our UK offices.
