Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, RAMS, PPE etc.
Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour.
Manage relevant external correspondence.
Maintaining K&M Document Management System.
Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
Oversee and manage labour and subcontractors.
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services.
Order all day-to-day site materials.
Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.
Communicate changes to the Project team.
Manage project-specific scheduling.
Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
Update appropriate information to progress report.

Previous experience in a Mechanical Supervisor/Manager or similar role
