Key responsibilities include operating the vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations while keeping the truck clean and safe. The driver completes pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report, reports any unsafe conditions, and notifies management of incidents or property damage. Additional tasks involve cooperating with training, improving route efficiency, assisting other drivers, communicating customer requests, fully dumping containers, maintaining a clean site, positioning containers correctly, and finalizing all required documentation at the end of each route.
The driver safely operates a heavy‑duty truck on designated routes, performing the duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Dispatch. All work is performed in accordance with company safety standards.

No formal education or prior experience is required, but a current state‑issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is mandatory. The hourly wage is $20.75, with the exact rate based on experience, training, certifications, and location.
