Implement our Digital by Default strategy for information management including the systems and processes for the CDE across all live projects.
Work as a collaborative member of the team, facilitating the sharing of knowledge and best practice to the wider business.
Provide upskilling sessions to enable the information coordinators to deliver the CDE and essential courses to the project teams / stakeholders.
Be the business unit point of contact for ad-hoc queries and troubleshooting in respect of the CDE and information control.
Provide ongoing management of the information coordinators including PPR process, escalations, 1:1s, mentoring and training.
Conduct audits and generate reports for compliance on live projects, working with the project teams to close out any corrective action required.
Ensure compliance checks are being conducted by information coordinators on all uploaded information.
Deliver CDE advanced courses to information coordinators
Contribute towards the development of group standard training material and the monitoring of upskilling
Ensure projects are archived appropriately with user permissions controlled and removed as required.
Manage the recruitment and selection process for digital information coordinators with the project teams
Ensure Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDPs) are in place to support the Digital Construction team in managing the process.
Lead CDE launch meeting, initial general training of project team and existing external parties.
Ensure the EDMS is configured to the principals of the CDE and as described in BS EN ISO 19650.
Contribute to the development of minimum standards, protocols, templates, forms, processes, and manuals in conjunction with the Digital Construction Lead.
Troubleshoot and support for the projects on information management including user account set up, access permissions, and workflow configuration.
Actively seek feedback from business unit employees on the use of the CDE and communicate this information to management.
