Description

Builds up and keeps contact with necessary customs and certification agents
Handles bank documentation including payment instructions in order to prepare for future payments
Coordinates deliveries with the customer and customs agents
Obtains necessary information on import documentation and arrange the necessary import certificates as and when required according to country legislation
Participates in the necessary export/import control procedure to secure that this is conducted according to legislation
Should handle domestic and international dispatches as per contract
Approves shipping costs directly related to the project to follow up on shipping costs
Performs various shipping and logistics administrative tasks such as updating lists, schedules, approving of invoices and preparing of shipping documentation
Keeps contact with internal technical departments and suppliers to ensure delivery of required technical documentation for import and operation of the equipment
Manages carrier payments and audits carrier invoices.
Manages both Freight & Export in a small to over sized project
Development and training within a respected-on Automation Products
Complies all export documentation necessary in order to invoice customers for the specific products ordered
Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities
