Clubhouse Staff serve as the first point of contact for residents, prospective residents, and guests, acting as ambassadors of the community. They are expected to deliver exceptional service and represent the community positively.
- Greet and register residents, prospective residents, and guests at the clubhouse entrance.
- Collect tickets, assist guests with seating, and manage show‑night entry.
- Choose appropriate venues for events based on participant numbers and purpose.
- Conduct facility tours and maintain a visible presence throughout the clubhouse.
- Enforce community policies tactfully and resolve conflicts quickly.
- Process room rentals, program registrations, and answer phones.
- Perform additional cleaning duties around the facility.
