The Regional Sales Manager position is ideal for candidates with experience in packaging consumables and a consultative sales approach. Rather than working within an OEM framework, this role emphasizes selling engineered materials solutions through a distribution model and working with smaller food processors to deliver value through packaging films, trays, and lidding materials. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, growing accounts, and strategically targeting machinery users that would benefit from proprietary materials solutions.

  • Proven track record in outside sales, particularly within consumable packaging materials (thermoforming films, lidding films, trays).
  • Industry experience within proteins, dairy, cheese, or related sectors is highly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate distribution-style sales environments, bringing a proactive and engineered solution mindset rather than a commodity approach.
  • Experience selling private-label or branded materials, preferably from companies specializing in flexible films, printed consumables, or labeling components.
  • Committed to regular travel (typically three days per week) to maintain strong visibility in the field and drive market penetration.
