  • Collaborate with project teams to collect and analyse data, perform financial modelling, and develop business cases to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and deliverables that effectively communicate complex information and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development of frameworks, methodologies, and tools to enhance the analytical capabilities of the Advisory team.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of client engagements, including Digital Advisory, Capital Projects and Sustainability and Energy Transformation projects. This may include, for example, supporting with running of workshops, developing strategy reports, roadmaps, defining solution designs, conducting research, drafting deliverables, delivering steerco presentations, developing and delivering process, governance, organisation and procurement outputs.
  • Sup port and work collaboratively with team members on and off projects
  • Build new skills and strengthen your expertise with training and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in strategy across our advisory areas to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Develop the skills to build relationships with client individuals based on credibility and active listening
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and challenges for our clients.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to clearly articulate your thoughts, ideas, and develop a point of view about your work.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any university including Engineering and Mathematics, Business and Management, Property and the Built Environment and IT and Computer Science.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines and milestones.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint . Experience in data visualisation software desirable.
  • Some experience or knowledge of Construction, Real Estate, Sustainability and Digital Strategy, innovation, or transformation preferred.
  • The confidence to build lasting and trusted relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and insights clearly and concisely.
  • Some experience with project management and / or consulting methodologies e.g. MSP, Design-led thinking or others would be beneficial
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data effectively.
  • Ability to analyse data and deliver insightful, practical client-oriented insights or recommendations.
