Serve as the primary liaison to DPR’s Knowledge Management team for system alignment, governance practices, and cross-company integration opportunities.
Maintain content quality by developing standards for documentation, formatting, and version control.
Collaborate with OES business units and DPR counterparts to identify opportunities for knowledge integration and shared taxonomy.
Promote consistent use of OES’s process library and knowledge resources through training, onboarding, and communication.
Ensure metadata and structuring decisions support future integration opportunities with OES operational systems and DPR enterprise KM where appropriate.
Maintain OES knowledge base and process libraries, as well as the OES-specific content on the DPR intranet that DPR employees rely on to work effectively with OES.
Effectively manage multiple projects and assignments concurrently.
Develop clear contributor guidelines and maintain training materials to onboard new content contributors and maintain long-term content quality.
Develop metadata structures, templates, and governance models that make process information easy to maintain and find.
Build contributor guidelines and train OES employees on how to submit or update content.
Integrate the process library with existing OES business systems (e.g., ERP, inventory, safety, HR) to create seamless access to relevant information.
Document standard business processes for all departments and roles in partnership with subject matter experts from the business.
Represent OES in cross-company KM initiatives that support the broader enterprise knowledge ecosystem.
Partner with OES cross-functional teams to design and lead the implementation of OES’s process library as the single source of truth for operational processes and best practices.
Measure system usage and incorporate employee feedback to identify improvements and drive continuous adoption of OES’s knowledge resources.
Partner with DPR’s KM team to ensure shared knowledge (e.g., safety practices, benefits, ordering processes) is accessible across both organizations where appropriate, and to align on taxonomy and governance standards.
Establish governance workflows for process creation, review, and approval.
While this is a hybrid role with most time being spent working from home, attendance at important meetings and events at the local OES Equipment/DPR office is required.

Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
Occasional domestic travel may be required for meetings (estimated at a maximum quarterly but may flex based on project or program needs).
Experience administering or maintaining content in enterprise platforms (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence or similar).
Demonstrated experience building or managing a knowledge base, process library, or similar repository.
Flexible and able to adjust to process changes.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
3+ years of experience in knowledge management, operations systems, process documentation, or related disciplines, including collaborating with diverse stakeholders, leadership, end users and external vendors.
Experience designing or implementing process documentation standards, including templates, workflows, and review cycles.
Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a computer screen.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Construction Management, or related field.
Able to work effectively across multiple teams and levels.
Curiosity and ability to translate operational expertise into structured, usable knowledge.
Knowledge of commercial construction, rental equipment, and supply chain processes and workflows and financials is preferred.
