Function as the West Cities & Places Project Controls Lead
Collaborate with other managers and leaders to align team objectives with organizational goals and strategies
Assist Operations Leadership with their financial plans as needed
Coordinate and delegate tasks and projects to team members, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing team members, and provide them with career advice and opportunities
Monitor and manage team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
For a small set of projects, helps set-up, monitor & report earned value progress measurement systems for projects, including analysis based on input from project leads.
Identify and address team issues, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and collaborative work culture
Manage the team’s utilization and billability goals for the fiscal year
