Crew Supervisor

Description

The Crew Supervisor, reporting to functional management, provides direction on activities, behaviors, and performance while motivating team members. This role ensures work aligns with organization goals, values, and customer requirements, and reports team accomplishments and productivity to management and program staff.

• Oversee and train Energy Technicians
• Approve completed work, hours worked, and time‑off requests
• Act as on‑site representative for customers and contractors to encourage program participation
• Install residential energy‑efficiency upgrades and recommend solutions
• Record inspection results and interactions to meet program requirements
• Provide status updates and input to program staff
• Troubleshoot technical problems in accordance with client specifications

Requirements

Candidates should have 3‑5 years of relevant industry experience and hold a BPI certification; additional technical certifications or training are preferred. Compensation ranges from $35 to $37 per hour, determined by internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s skills and experience.
