As a Graduate Structural Engineer you will specialise within your chosen engineering discipline and apply a human‑centred approach to technical work. The role involves developing core engineering and consulting techniques that can be delivered to clients in the UK, Ireland and internationally.
You will play a key role in the design and delivery of high‑performing pharmaceutical and life‑science facilities, working in a multidisciplinary team with architects, building‑services and process engineers. Responsibilities include creating innovative structural solutions, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and resolving complex design challenges.
The position also requires preparation of construction documentation, site coordination and the use of structural analysis software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Robot or equivalent, as well as BIM/Revit for digital collaboration. You will integrate structural designs with architectural and process requirements, including clean‑room and vibration‑control considerations.
Ideal candidates are completing or have completed a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, graduating in 2026 with at least a 2:2. Required attributes include resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, teamwork, excellent communication and the ability to influence stakeholders.
