- Perform hydrological and hydraulic modeling, including data collection, model setup, calibration, and system assessment.
- Support development of stormwater servicing plans and rainwater source control LID concepts.
- Provide technical analysis for civil engineering design of municipal or rural stormwater systems and related facilities.
- Conduct quality control and peer review of colleagues' projects.
- Coordinate CAD technologists to ensure design quality and follow procedures.
- Work with project managers on site design, budgeting, scheduling, proposals and technical documentation.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, subconsultants and approving authorities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration or EIT status with APEGA.
- Minimum three years of experience in stormwater assessment, modeling and detailed design.
- Experience in municipal engineering, transportation, community development, or infrastructure master planning (preferred).
- Strong proficiency with PCSWMM, XPSWMM, HEC‑RAS, SWMHYMO, Civil 3D, Excel, Word and Bluebeam.
