The Senior CSA Cost Consultant will join the growing CSA Commercial Management team to support one of the biggest data centre construction projects in the Nordics. The role involves a 50/50 split between on‑site work in Norway or Finland and remote work, rotating one week on site and one week from home.
In this position you will manage small to medium cost projects and key components of larger assignments, ensuring resources and budgets are used effectively to meet deadlines. You will advise colleagues on risk and compliance, present risks to senior managers, analyse data to identify trends, and provide recommendations that support cost and commercial decision‑making. Sharing knowledge, fostering innovation, and building networks across the organisation are essential to delivering projects within cost expectations.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline and have prior experience in a similar CSA Cost & Commercial role. In‑depth technical knowledge of construction processes, cost management, and commercial analysis is required, along with experience leading smaller projects, supporting larger ones, and managing client and business relationships.
