Willingness to travel extensively (~50%) across the U.S. and Canada.

Hands-on experience with digital controls or IoT-enabled plumbing products.
Strong understanding of plumbing and hydronic systems; knowledge of Digital Mixing Valve, Thermostatic Mixing Valves, or similar product categories preferred.
Familiarity with ASSE 1017, ASSE 1070, and Legionella mitigation practices.
3+ years in a technical applications, field support, or commissioning role—preferably with building automation systems, plumbing systems, or electro-mechanical products.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence external reps and contractors.
Experience with Building Automation System (BAS) integration is a plus.
