What you would be doing

- Collecting dry hazardous waste bins on site and emptying them into the in-drum compactor
- Collecting, storing and processing non-routine waste
- Maintain paperwork and records of all collections from each location
- Assist with large scale clearances
- Working as a team to support off site collection teams (Commercial,Hazardous, Metal Waste) by escorting them on and off sites and in the case of Hazardous waste collection assist by loading the Curtain Side HGV
- Undertake the weighing of waste metal items and operate the weighbridge
- Recycling bins collected and taken to the yard to be emptied and segregated and the recyclates being placed in the correct collection containers and or baled utilising on site baler. Normally undertaken on a site specific tail lift vehicle.
