Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organised yard and workshop at all times.
Furniture Management: Check and store furniture returned to the yard, ensuring it’s properly removed from cabins and placed back in storage.

Forklift Maintenance: Keep the forklift truck in excellent working order.
Maintenance and Upkeep: Clean, paint, and perform general maintenance on cabins and buildings as directed.
Efficiency: Minimise material wastage and assist with the safe loading and unloading of cabins, buildings, and materials.
Repairs: Conduct site visits to carry out necessary repairs promptly.
Direct communication with MD/CEO and staff satisfaction surveys.
Servicing: Service mobile welfare units to ensure they’re in top condition.
