- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, whether on customer sites or at college
- Welding of structure fabrications (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium)
- Carry out welding activities in the workshops and on customers sites
- Carry out welding processes to GTAW, SMAW, GMAW and FCAW in various positions
- Welding of pipework fabrications (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Cunifer and Aluminium)
- Carry out welding to ISO, ASME and AWS standards
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment and make appropriate use of PPE at all times
- Work to HSE ACOPs, customer rules & specifications, company work instructions and route cards at all times

- Ability to use calibrated equipment for accurate measurement and dimensional checking
- Organisational ability and time management skills
- Preferred 5 years practical experience of working with hand & power tools

- Preferred 5 years practical experience working in an engineering environment
- Advanced conversational and written English/high level interpersonal skills
- Able to work away from home as required
- Ability to learn and adapt to the requirements of the role
- Preferred Full clean driving licence
- Demonstrated self-starter with high initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred basic fabrication for both Structure and Piping Fabrications
- Preferred working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Able to work overtime, periodic weekends and night shift if needed
- Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs
- Minimum SVQ level 3 or equivalent or higher in relevant trade qualification
