- Work with local and state building officials to meet inspection requirements
- Update daily job logs in construction management software, upload photos, and complete production checklists
- Schedule material deliveries as needed
- Ensure job site cleanliness throughout the project
- Complete project take-off estimates and maintain knowledge of project requirements
- Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and correct hazards immediately
- Communicate with the executive team to resolve worksite issues quickly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with all plan documents and specifications
- Convey project details to trade partners and coordinate schedules
