Oversee service contract renewals and support small works projects from quotation through to completion.
Manage service sales administration, including scheduling meetings and site visits, coordinating customer communications, and maintaining accurate records across SSE systems and processes.
Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track, on time, and within budget.
Facilitate clear, effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
