

Owns and operates self‑storage facilities offering rental units for personal, business and vehicle storage.
Property Managers work independently across multiple sites, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting units for inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and contacting customers for payment reminders or collections.
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50 % of the time walking outdoors, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and routine maintenance, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds free of debris.
Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement provided.
