Previous experience of extracting the relevant information from Site, QS and Estimating teams to determine current and future financial framework contribution

Proven leadership of a Quantity Surveying team
Experienced in the use of the Clients electronic contract management systems (CCM, Sharepoint, etc.)
Experienced in working within a small/medium value, fast paced environment
Thinking in terms of value for money and added value
Technical ability should include an understanding of contractual law, commercial reporting, tender procedures, commercial awareness, leadership skills, presentation skills and report writing
Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills

Experience of Microsoft IT packages
Experience with developing water and / or Environment Agency project proposals and pricing through Concept & Definition, Design & Construction to successful completion
Experience using NEC4 (with particular emphasis on PSC, Short Form, Term, along with ECC Options B, C & E) forms of Contract
