Ensure Hawker bins, carrying trays and bags are clean and ready for use, adhere to health and safety standards.
Greet fans in a courteous manner while providing friendly and efficient service.
Follow the event pre-shift notes and provide service as described, check out with supervisor at the end of the shift.
Record any equipment failures and/or safety hazards to supervisor.
Serve alcohol only in a safe and responsible manner adhering to state, federal and Stadium alcohol regulations.
Count and keep track of all inventory and help properly secure and organize product at end of shift.

Ability to lift, carry 25+lbs, bend, pull, reach, and push. May be required to reach upper levels of the stadium via walking inclined ramps
Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time while selling food and beverage products
Must be able to work the full length of each Stadium event as assigned
Always appear in proper uniform when on the floor or at assigned area.
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, nights and late hours
Ability to work on main concourse, upper concourse, or plaza area as needed
Position may require work in inclement weather to include heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind
Organized and attentive to detail
Have a general knowledge of stadium and direct guests as needed.
