The consultant will follow all SOPs and training requirements, champion the customer journey, and handle enquiries through phone and marketing outreach. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed knowledge of Vistry house types and purchase schemes, selling optional extras, managing cancellations, coordinating with site teams on build progress, and ensuring show homes and sales arenas meet brand standards.
- Deliver full sales cycle: generate leads, conduct telephone outreach, negotiate and close sales
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each development
- Uphold Standard Operating Procedures, training, and audit requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and exceed expectations throughout the journey
- Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of Vistry house types, build progress, and purchase assistance schemes
- Promote and sell optional extras to increase company profit
- Manage cancellations, attempt to retain customers, and propose alternatives
- Coordinate with site teams to communicate build progress and reservation details
- Ensure show homes and sales arenas meet brand standards and are well presented

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer‑facing experience, a proven ability to generate leads and close sales, and the capacity to work under pressure to meet targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, IT proficiency, and organisational skills are essential, along with a friendly, professional attitude and a full driving licence.
Preferred qualifications include at least five GCSEs (including Maths and English) at grade C or above, and any A‑levels. An interest in property and the housing market, as well as flexibility regarding duties and hours, is also valued.
- Hold a full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle; travel to all sales sites and work weekends
- Required: customer‑facing experience, proven lead generation and sales record, strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Required: excellent communication, negotiation, planning and organisational abilities
- Desirable: 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (C or above); A‑levels in any discipline
