The Production Operator I reports to the Production Manager/Supervisor and is responsible for operating equipment and related processes such as preparing raw materials, packaging, unloading, and labeling, while adhering to legal and company rules.
- Prepare raw materials and packaging, transport to production area, and report deviations
- Operate processing equipment according to instructions and procedures
- Monitor equipment to maintain desired run rates
- Perform initial testing and release products to ensure specifications are met
- Verify labels and packaging materials for correct labeling
- Package final products following company quality standards
- Conduct all operations in compliance with quality, operating and EHS rules
- Maintain housekeeping in the assigned area

Candidates must have at least a high‑school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to read work orders, safety regulations and quality procedures; no prior experience is required. Preferred qualifications include one year of industrial experience and basic English proficiency.
