Production Operator I NA-5

Description

The Production Operator I reports to the Production Manager/Supervisor and is responsible for operating equipment and related processes such as preparing raw materials, packaging, unloading, and labeling, while adhering to legal and company rules.

• Prepare raw materials and packaging, transport to production area, and report deviations
• Operate processing equipment according to instructions and procedures
• Monitor equipment to maintain desired run rates
• Perform initial testing and release products to ensure specifications are met
• Verify labels and packaging materials for correct labeling
• Package final products following company quality standards
• Conduct all operations in compliance with quality, operating and EHS rules
• Maintain housekeeping in the assigned area

Requirements

Candidates must have at least a high‑school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to read work orders, safety regulations and quality procedures; no prior experience is required. Preferred qualifications include one year of industrial experience and basic English proficiency.

• Availability to work in shifts
• One year of experience in an industrial environment (preferred)
