We are looking for a Sr. Permit Technician in the Downey CA area. If you are an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, public-facing environment and takes pride in supporting municipal operations, we want to hear from you!

- Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 25 lbs. occasionally.

- Experience: 7+ years as a Permit Technician in Municipality
- Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel
- ICC Permit Tech Certification
