We are looking for a Sr. Permit Technician in the Downey CA area. If you are an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, public-facing environment and takes pride in supporting municipal operations, we want to hear from you!

  • (Counter Technician) and municipal experience.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
  • Knowledge of permitting software,
  • Experience: 7+ years as a Permit Technician in Municipality
  • Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel
  • ICC Permit Tech Certification
