- Prepare tender programmes for major heavy civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Use Primavera P6 to develop clear, realistic, and commercially compliant project schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure bid programmes reflect construction methodology, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Assess feasibility, phasing, and sequencing of proposed works for tenders.
- Provide programme-related insights to support bid strategy and highlight potential risks or opportunities.
- Ensure tender programmes comply with NEC or other relevant contract requirements.
- Contribute to bid documentation, presentations, and client submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of tender schedules and updates.

- Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or project controls for heavy civil engineering or major infrastructure projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project phasing, and resource planning.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender programmes simultaneously.
