Coordination: Work directly with the Outside Sales team and contractors to stay current on jobsite requirements.
Logistics: Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite materials as needed.
Project Management: Take full responsibility for managing awarded commercial quotation jobs from start to finish.
Documentation: Diligently update and maintain Job Binders in accordance with company policy.
Procurement: Liaise with the purchasing department to get the correct material at the correct pricing, ensuring it arrives on time to meet project requirements.

Broad knowledge of product lines and pricing.
Experience: 3-4 years of previous project management experience is preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
Ability to read and understand customer specifications and drawings.
