As a Project Scheduler, you’ll support Blattner’s Operations and Project Management teams by creating, updating, and analyzing resource‑loaded project schedules. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to keep schedules accurate, aligned with project progress, and compliant with Blattner procedures and client contract requirements.
You will build initial baseline schedules for complex projects following Critical Path Method best practices and contract requirements, conduct schedule risk and range analysis, manage risks, analyze schedule impacts, and support the change order process. You will provide timely schedule updates, advanced training to field personnel, and detailed project analysis to managers and leadership, presenting current schedules at monthly reviews and customer meetings while preparing Time Impact Analyses with recovery plans.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, industrial engineering, engineering, supply chain management or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, together with at least two years of project scheduling experience or a mix of construction and scheduling background. Candidates must be expert users of scheduling software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and have working knowledge of risk analysis and analytical tools.
