System Integration Specialist (PeopleSoft Learning & CRM Apps Mgmt.)
Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (Wmata)
Provides public transportation services including Metro, bus, and paratransit in the Washington D.C. area.
Leads ERP, LMS and CRM integration, implementation, customization, and support.
Coordinates plans, procures, implements and directs the activities of the IT projects in systems development for four key areas: Project Management; Quality Assurance and Quality Control; Rick Management; and Scheduling branches within IT.
Represents IT at meetings and leads consultants and contractors; coordinates with transportation agencies and other stakeholders in assigned systems.
