● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

● Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

● Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

● Experience of working in the Real Estate Industry.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Propacity. In this role, you will drive digital marketing strategies specifically tailored for the real estate sector, focusing on customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.

● Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

● Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic platforms.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

● Proven 3+ years of work experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.

● Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, channels, and best practices.

You will have a deep understanding of various online marketing channels, analytics, and performance tracking to optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI). This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
