- Gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements for ERP configurations and enhancements.
- Developing Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver insights into ERP data and performance.
- Assisting in system configuration, customisation, and upgrades to meet evolving business and process requirements.
- Maintaining ERP documentation and liaise with external vendors for system upgrades.
- Engaging in change management, training, and communication strategies to promote smooth system adoption.
- Overseeing ERP security, user access, and permissions management.
- Collaborating with teams (Finance, Operations, P&C) to map processes, perform gap analysis, and identify system improvements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to manage the impact of changes introduced by the Applications.

- Knowledge of integration platforms (Workato, Boomi) preferred.
- Strong communicator both written and verbal.
- Experience in business analysis, including process mapping and gap analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
- 2+ years of experience in ERP system support or implementation (Oil & Gas industry preferred)
- Proficiency in ERP platforms (e.g., Jobpac) and Power BI.
- Introductory knowledge of change management.
- Onsite trainer to upskill and obtain new tickets and licenses.
