Gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements for ERP configurations and enhancements.
Developing Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver insights into ERP data and performance.
Assisting in system configuration, customisation, and upgrades to meet evolving business and process requirements.
Maintaining ERP documentation and liaise with external vendors for system upgrades.
Engaging in change management, training, and communication strategies to promote smooth system adoption.
Overseeing ERP security, user access, and permissions management.
Collaborating with teams (Finance, Operations, P&C) to map processes, perform gap analysis, and identify system improvements
Collaborating with stakeholders to manage the impact of changes introduced by the Applications.

Knowledge of integration platforms (Workato, Boomi) preferred.
Strong communicator both written and verbal.
Experience in business analysis, including process mapping and gap analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
2+ years of experience in ERP system support or implementation (Oil & Gas industry preferred)
Proficiency in ERP platforms (e.g., Jobpac) and Power BI.
Introductory knowledge of change management.
