Monitor program evaluation of launched programs, which may include developing an evaluation strategy and coordinating with colleagues in other Talent Management groups to collect and analyse data supporting recommendations
Complete ad hoc TM tasks as required
Administer performance management processes and develops communication guidelines, timelines, and status, as needed
Deliver face to face onboarding program in the Perth office for all new hires into the company (all GBUs). This will include delivery of the corporate orientation, along with a regional specific program.
Monitor the day-to-day execution of programs and identifies areas for continuous improvement for responsible delivery scope
Review program dashboards and other analytic tools to monitor the effectiveness of program delivery in within assigned region(s)
Deliver assessments, diagnostic, and continuous improvement tools to support individual or team performance (e.g., 360 debriefings)
Liaise regularly and provide support to TM colleagues and assigned Business Partner/s to implement the overall TM strategy in the region.
Manage the delivery of a broad scope of Talent Management programs and practices to meet business and HR objectives within their assigned region or GBU, including, but not limited to, courses in the following areas:
Create actionable project delivery plans for colleagues and ensures consistency of programs across region(s)
Collaborate with the COE, Design, and/or Delivery teams to support the design and development of Talent Management programs (e.g., onboarding, coaching and/or mentoring programs, etc.)

Professional HR or L&D certification
Practitioner in at least 1 diagnostic tool (e.g. Hogan, Insights, MBTI, 360, EQ)
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, L&D or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years related experience with demonstrated increasing responsibility over time, OR 8 years of overall experience in lieu of degree
Working knowledge of matrix organizational structure
Demonstrated experience in delivery of training programs/learning solutions using facilitation and communication skills/techniques to diverse audiences
Proficiency in HRMS Systems tools and application (e.g. SAP, TalentWorks, and PowerBI)
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments
Data analytics skills and abilities
Ability to travel 10-15%
Intermediate proficiency working in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
