  • Monitor the output for quality and consistency, performing inspections, and making necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications.
  • Set up machines before production, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and ensuring the proper calibration of equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth production and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies at all times.
  • Operate and control machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain records of production output, machine settings, and machine activities. Complete production logs as required.

  • Must be able to meet or exceed daily production goals.
  • Knowledge of machine operation.
  • Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a related industry.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Machine Operators may be required to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. They should be able to handle heavy machinery and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment control panels.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow them rigorously.
