Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and owners to develop and execute MEP schedules, phasing plans, and constructability reviews.
Manage MEP subcontractor performance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring quality installation and commissioning.
Prepare and present progress reports, RFIs, and submittals to stakeholders, using tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6.
Oversee all MEP aspects of terminal building projects (e.g., concourses, transit stations), ensuring compliance with design specifications, Miami-Dade County codes, and FDOT standards.

Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade County building codes, FDOT regulations, and Florida hurricane preparedness requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical/electrical engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Expertise in managing complex MEP coordination for fast-track projects with stringent deadlines.
Familiarity with sustainable MEP practices (e.g., energy-efficient HVAC, LEED certification).
Proficiency in MEP systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection) and related software (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, Revit, Navisworks).
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with at least 5 years specializing in MEP for infrastructure projects (e.g., ports, airports, transit stations, or similar terminal buildings).
Certifications such as OSHA 30, LEED AP, or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) preferred.
Established relationships with South Florida MEP subcontractors and suppliers preferred.
Ideally 3+ years of project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
