Employee‑owned integrated design firm offering architecture, engineering, planning & interior design.
The Colorado Springs studio is seeking Architectural Design summer interns, with multiple positions and locations available. Interns will work on‑site (the role is not remote) and may be placed in any of the Southwest studios, including Colorado Springs.
Through the EPX program, interns receive a design voice and can participate in charrettes, client meetings, project reviews, and detailed building work. The experience includes exposure to business development, marketing pursuits, event planning, and shaping the future of design services.
The Summer Internship Program is a paid, full‑time position running from May 19 to August 7, 2026, where interns contribute to commercial, educational, and municipal projects of varying scale. Interns are expected to be engaged for the entire duration, applying their skills while learning the nuts and bolts of building design.
Employees follow a four‑day in‑office work model, with the option to work elsewhere on Fridays, and the company upholds an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action policy for all applicants.
